So `Krissi001 recommended that I enter a contest when I mentioned that I had no ideas for pixel art/emotes. Here is what I intend to submit to `SparklyDest's Januamber "Mythology" contest. I decided to do something with Charon and the River Styx. Charon is the ferryman on the River Styx, and transports souls to the Underworld (sometimes also called Hades), where they await to be reborn. There is a fee to cross the river, and ancient Greeks would place a coin in the deceased's mouth to cover this fee.

This piece was influenced by the Disney animated film Hercules, where the River Styx is a river of dead souls, often trying to get into Charon's boat.
